Ok ok but seriously… you know you want a destination wedding in the breathtaking views and greenery of the mountains, but you have no idea where to begin. Take a deep breath…I’ve got you.
Take a moment and look over the different services we offer below. Once you find one that suits your needs, fill out the questionnaire at the bottom with the basic “What, when and where”. From there we will schedule a consultation either in person or over the phone. We will talk big details and how we both feel I could most benefit you on your day.
Day-of Coordination
You have picked all of your wedding pro’s, are on top of your budget and decor, and all items are in place. You just need someone to stick to the timeline set forth. The planning for this begins 4-6 weeks out with your planner. You receive a complimentary one hour consultation, two scheduled meet ups (venue or otherwise), rehearsal, and day-of coordination, start to finish.

Partial Planning
You have picked all of your wedding pro’s, but need help pulling the smaller details together. Perhaps you need help with signage, seat assignments, table decor or coordinating transportation? Or maybe you need help designing the space and bringing your vision to life. With this service, we will also go over your budget and timeline management, making sure all details have been acknowledged. The planning for this typically begins 3-6 months out with your planner. You receive a complimentary one hour consultation, three scheduled meet ups (venue, phone call, coffee, zoom, etc.), rehearsal and day-of coordination

- Invest in ensuring your day goes smoothly. Let me take care of the big and small details while you bask in the glory of what is your wedding day along with the days leading up to it.
- Onboarding Consultation – we take a deep dive into everything you’ve completed up to this point, along with what needs to be done in the coming days to ensure a seamless wedding day.
- Full access to me with unlimited meetings and/or scheduled phone calls
- Client Portal for ease of communication and organization tailored to YOUR wedding. No cookie cutter creations
- Design board with unlimited revisions ensuring we all fully understand the mood and direction of the flow and decor
- Full access to my preferred vendor list with sourcing and communication
- Full Budget Management. Keeping your budget on track. Making sure we stick to what you need without being over the top. Classy and Simple
- Full access to our warehouse/decor.
- Design team for table decor, extra elegant touches (Photo Booth, champagne wall, etc.)
- Ceremony Rehearsal coordination
- Coaching for speeches, toasts, scripts (officiant)
- Rental orders (linen, chair ties, arch, arch swag)
- Floor plan Creation
- Timeline creation for arrival of vendors, ceremony and reception to ensure a smooth flow
- 3 Venue visits in addition to rehearsal and day-of wedding (5 total)
- Bringing on my team of professionals to help setup/transition/tear down

Decoration Package
You have everything you need, but don’t want to deal with the hassle of having your family members show up early just to setup something completely different than what you envisioned. Let us help you in this process. Your coordinating team will take a deep study into exactly what you’re envisioning making sure tensions stay at an all time low for you and your well-intentioned family members.
